High efficiency 6KW-A1300S magnetron drive power supply
The TL16-6.0KW-A1300S type power supply is used to drive 3KW microwave magnetron. It can replace high-voltage DC power supply composed of high-voltage transformer, high-voltage capacitor and high voltage diode and high voltage silicon stack, and has the advantages of high efficiency, high reliability, wide voltage input and stable output power.
(1) High efficiency:
The efficiency is more than 95%, in the state of quasi sine line voltage of AC/DC rectifier output by 5% to 100% from the bus voltage range, the electronic switch LLC converter, zero voltage switching state voltage range (soft switching function), and a set of AC/DC converter can realize PFC function.
(2) Long life and high reliability:
The full power range LLC resonant converter and its control method are used to produce the power module. The main loop of the power changer has no electrolytic capacitor, and the power converter is semi permanent, which ensures the long life of the power supply.
The use of high voltage inverter power supply is not afraid of high voltage short circuit, the annual failure rate of the frequency conversion power supply is less than 1%, and the service cost is very low.
(3) Low electromagnetic interference:
The LLC resonant converter greatly reduces the electromagnetic interference and adapts to the intense change of the voltage of the power grid.
(4) The heating power is continuously adjustable:
The transformer can not adjust the power according to the requirements of the heating work, which is the most headaches in the engineering equipment, which affects the product yield. LLC resonant converter with adjustable range is 5%-100%, easily solve the problem to adjust the output power.
(5) Hot plug function (direct operation of the system). The module of frequency conversion power is designed. The terminal customers only need to pull the damaged power away from the power distribution cabinet, and plug the new power to complete the replacement.
(6) The module has high voltage parallel current sharing technology.
It is easy to achieve power lifting and can be directly operated in parallel with full power.
(7) The three phase no middle line AC input, simplifying the system design, eliminating the risk of excessive middle line current.
