R2.5M integral mini steel billet casting macine continuous caster
All types of casting machine have following components: steel ladles support equipment, main equipment, roller table and billet cutting machine and cooling bed.
The billet caster equiped with scrap steel IF induction electric melting furnace or arc furnace, steel billet monthly output about 2000t-15000t, configured with different models of rolling stands, processing to finished steel products, angle steel, deformed bar, steel bar, channel steel etc.
Annual output is 30000~50000t with continuous production, customers do not have to stop production or produce discontinuous due to insufficient steel scraps.
Require small area and low elevation, CCM main body occupies around 22m *8m*9m.
